Win for U12's at the 11th Richie Young Tournament.
Tullogher/Rosbercon took on Mullinavat in the A final of the annual Richie Young Tournament last Saturday. The home side used a very strong wind to build up a big lead in the first half, leading 2-9 to 0-01 at the break. Playing against the wind didn't hamper this team as much as the hurlers on the ditch had predicted and with free scoring forwards and a strong defence the lads went on to win the match 5-11 to 2-3.

B Final            Ballyhale Shamrocks            5-8            2-7            Carrickshock
C Final            Dunnamaggin                       4-6            2-3            Mooncoin

The presentations of medals and the trophy was made by Maura Young, and the club would sincerely like to thank the Young family for all their help on the day. Thanks also to referees Eamonn Bookle and John Bennett. Finally a big thank you to all the teams and mentors who made the tournament a massive success yet again.
