U14 Hurlers

Well done to the U14 Hurlers who defeated St. Martin in the ¼ final of the Roinn C Championship in Thomastown on Wednesday night. Powered by the dominant Richard Gill and Thomas O’Connor Tullogher led 0-08 to 0-06 at half time. A couple of positional changes at half time allowed Tullogher to extend their dominance with Dylan Morrissey and Mark McGrath becoming more influential. A super solo run through the centre of the defence and an excellent finish from Richard Gill midway through half was the only goal of the game and gave Tullogher some breathing space. Thomas O’Connor continued his scoring spree, finishing with a total of eight from play and four from frees. The final score was Tullogher Rosbercon 1-14 St. Martins 0-09.

Well done to all players and mentors on a great performance. They now face near neighbours Glenmore in the semi-final
